The service provided by NG-IT has been fantastic. We were tasked originally with a simple upgrade project which then rapidly expanded to building a complete datacenter infrastructure from scratch within an aggressive timeline. This monumental scope change didn't faze NG-IT at all, nor did our constantly changing plans and demands, there was always somebody on hand (often many somebodies!) to help us out and get the information we needed. Ultimately with the help and support of the NG-IT Team, even with the global constraints on hardware at the time, the project was completed successfully. There was no pushing, no hard sell which was a breath of fresh air, I've not come across that much in my 25 years of working in IT. Just all of the support we needed at the end of a phone to get things done. I'm not planning on going anywhere at this point, but if and when I do, NG-IT will definitely come along as a supplier of choice.
